The brand

Ever since I was a little girl it has always been my dream to start my own company. So, after my fashion & entrepreneurship education I immediately put my theory to practice. To turn my dreams into goals and try the impossible.

If you look carefully, you see two Y’s, the last letter of both my first and last name. You also see the M, the I and two K’s. That makes MIKKY KI.

Me walking around in Frenkie’s clothes all day sparked the idea for MIKKY KI. to be all about girls wearing their boyfriend’s/brother’s clothes. So, it’s focussed on the male body, so guys can definitely wear it, but girls too.

I was involved in all parts of the design process, but of course I didn’t do everything by myself. I got help from a lot of people that are really close to me.

Shipping & Returns

You can return your ordered products within 14 days if:

  • They are unused, unworn and not washed.
  • All the original labels are attached.
  • They are wrapped in their original packaging.

Be aware that you will have to pay for the return costs by yourself. The costs depend on the size of the order and the shipping agency you use.

The only reason for us no to accept a return is if it is against our terms & conditions. If you send something back and we cannot accept it, we will not return it back to you unless you will pay for the shipping costs. 

Always check the track & trace link you received via email. It might be possible that the estimated delivery time has changed. If that is not the case, please check your email again to see if you received a message from the shipping company. The package may have been delivered to your neighbours’ address or your delivery might have been rescheduled.

No problem! We will try to change the shipping address before the package leaves our warehouse. Keep in mind that as soon as the order has been processed, we can’t make any more changes.

We ship our products in worldwide.

Be aware that some countries outside the EU may charge import duties. This is outside of our control.

Payments

We offer the following payment methods: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, iDEAL, Sofort and PayPal.

As soon as we receive your returned items, we usually process it within 1 working day. It takes a maximum of 15 working days to process your refund.

Products

Nearly all collections will be released only once and won’t get restocked. If you want to stay up-to-date on the latest product releases, you can sign up for our newsletter or follow our social channels.

Many of our clothes have a loose fit. The actual fit, shape and fabric of each item can be found in the product descriptions. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us via info@mikkyki.com.

You don't need an account to shop our products. 

Orders

It can take up to a few hours before you receive our confirmation email. Make sure to also check your spam box. Was the payment processed without receiving a confirmation within 24 hours? Then get in touch with info@mikkyki.com and we’ll try to handle your order as soon as possible.

Once you’ve placed the order, we directly process it to ensure the quickest delivery possible. If you wish to make changes, please contact us immediately. We will look into the status and check if it is possible to make adjustments.

Be quick! Send an e-mail with your cancelation request to info@mikkyki.com as soon as you change your mind. If you are lucky, we can abort our mission before the delivery guy arrives at our doorstep. Is the order already processed? In that case you will still receive your ordered products.

All of our products have a label on the inside. Check this label to make sure you treat your items with love.
