Returns
You can return your ordered, unused items, that are not worn or washed, with the labels attached and in their original package within 14 days. Follow the instructions to submit your return:
- Fill out your name and order number in the form below.
- Download and print the return form.
- Fill out the return form and add it to the box.
- Go to a postal service and send the box to the return address stated on the return form.
- Be aware that you will have to pay for the return costs.
After shipping your return, you should receive a receipt with a tracking code. Please hold this receipt as it is your proof of shipment. As soon as we have received your returned items, we will usually process it the within 2 working days. It takes a maximum of 15 working days to process your refund. To make sure your return is on its way, please check the track and trace code. Have the 15 working days passed? Then you can contact our customer service via info@mikkyki.com.
